Well, I really did it this time. I broke my pretty much brand new Martin D16GT! Ugh... the dumbest thing I've ever done with a guitar. I was so mad at myself. So what's the dumbest thing you've ever done with a guitar? Make me feel better by leaving it in the comments below. Also, I've never named a guitar before, but I think this one deserves a name after all it's been through. It's a girl, so help me name her in the comments.

My Taylor 314 ce builders edition was accidentally totaled. It hit me hard. But, I had insurance, recovered and upgraded to a Taylor 614 ce builders edition.

I definitely felt for you when I saw that, but glad to see it all repaired and sounding as good as always. Well done! As for me,? As you already know my dumbest thing was not keeping my Taylor 814CE humidified and or in the case! Eventually it cracked from the bottom of the bridge to the edge. Even worst the Luthier I took it too was in the middle of a moved and didn’t allow it to completely humidify and seal doing a horrible and now noticeable job with the repair! it’s been like that since and I’m just over it.
